Digital Content Manager and Stylist

This position primarily entails managing various digital content accounts, as well as photoshoot styling when required – all in collaboration with our Principal, Head of Creative, Head of Design, copywriters, designers and web developers. This position primarily entails managing various digital content accounts, as well as photoshoot styling when required – all in collaboration with our Principal, Head of Creative, Head of Design, copywriters, designers and web developers.

We are looking for:

  • Qualifications and 3 years+ relevant industry experience (Preferably in a design studio/agency and/or in the fashion industry)
  • High proficiency in social platforms, including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of market trends, visual composition, and the art of aesthetic presentation
  • Experience in unpacking a brief and developing concepts, as well as mapping out individual social media strategies, to align with both client and end user needs
  • Experience presenting concepts confidently
  • Experience curating content
  • Skill in the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop)
  • Professional styling experience and specialised styling abilities and techniques, including product flat lay and lifestyle shots
  • Social perceptiveness in regards to copy and relevance for target audiences
  • Understanding of project budgets and timeframes
  • Experience in project management, with ability to work on multiple projects • Attention to detail, strong creative problem solving abilities, and development of solutions both independently and collaboratively
  • Assisting in the coordination and guidance of junior staff when required
  • Self-motivation
  • An efficient work style, with ability to deliver flexibility and high quality work outcomes under pressure

The successful candidate will have the following characteristics and abilities:

  • A great organiser, with a disciplined and structured approach to work
  • Perfect English language skills. We need someone who could write proposals and other documents on behalf of the CEO
  • A friendly disposition and easy to work with
  • Willing to occasionally travel to other cities in Australia, sometimes for a few days at a time, to assist with consulting assignments
  • Willing to do mundane work when required
  • Willing to work extended hours when required, especially when the CEO travels overseas

Position available from January, or earlier if possible. From February 2018 the position will be based in Ultimo, Sydney. Until then the position will be based in Hunters Hill, Sydney.
